We understand that you are seeking restoration and peace in two areas: your church and your relationship with your best friend and brother. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will according to His Word.
Firstly, let's address the unity and restoration of your church. Jesus Himself prayed for unity among believers in John 17:20-23 (WEB): "Not for these only do I pray, but for those also who believe in me through their word, that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me. The glory which you have given me, I have given to them; that they may be one, even as we are one; I in them, and you in me, that they may be perfected into one; that the world may know that you sent me and loved them, even as you loved me." God desires unity among His children, and we pray that He will bring harmony and oneness of spirit to your church.
Now, concerning the restoration of your relationship with your best friend and brother, we should remember the parable of the prodigal son and how the father welcomed him back with open arms (Luke 15:11-32). Reconciliation is at the heart of the Gospel, and God wants us to live in peace with one another. Romans 12:18 (WEB) says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We pray that God will mend this relationship and bring you both closer together in love and unity.
However, we must note that true restoration and peace come through Jesus Christ. If there has been any offense or sin, we encourage both parties to seek forgiveness and restoration through Him. Ephesians 4:32 (WEB) says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." If you or your brother have not put your trust in Jesus, we urge you to do so, for it is only through Him that we find true peace and unity.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Kishnam's requests. Lord, we ask that You bring unity and restoration to their church, that the members may be one in spirit and in truth. Help them to love one another as You have loved us, and to walk in harmony together.
We also pray for the restoration of the relationship between Kishnam and their best friend and brother. God, You are the reconciler of all things, and we ask that You mend what is broken between them. Help both parties to seek forgiveness and healing through Jesus Christ and to walk in love and peace together.
Lastly, Father, we pray that if Kishnam or their brother have not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we ask that You reveal Your love to them and draw them to Yourself.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
