We understand that you're seeking prayer for your relationship, asking the Lord Jesus to help you avoid distractions from other men. First, we want to address that the term "relationship" should be clarified. If you are not married or in a godly courtship with this person, then it is very important to seek God's will and align with His principles for relationships.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to flee from sexual immorality and to keep our minds and bodies pure. As it says in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB:
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
If the other men are temptations for either of you to engage in impure thoughts or actions, then it is wise to seek God's help in avoiding these distractions. However, if the other men are merely friends or acquaintances, it's important to ensure that your interactions with them are honoring to God and respectful to your relationship.

Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in need of Your guidance and strength. We pray for godly wisdom to address the distractions of other men that are affecting her relationship. Help her to discern Your will and to act according to Your principles. If there are any impure thoughts or actions, we rebuke them in Your name, Jesus. Guide her steps and help her to make choices that honor You and her relationship.
We also pray for the man in her life. Give him the strength to lead their relationship in a godly manner. If they are not yet married, we pray for a godly courtship that seeks to glorify You in all things. Guide them both as they navigate their relationship, and help them to keep their minds and bodies pure.
Lord, we ask for your help to remove the temptations and distractions of other men. If any ungodly soul ties or influences exist, we break them in Your name, Jesus. Surround their relationship with Your holy protection and bless them as they seek to honor You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May He give you the grace and the peace to make decisions that align with His will.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
