Release from prison, no moving to another city

Lord, please let my brother will be finaly released from prison custody at least to defend himself from outside.
Please do not let the court to move him in another town because this lying woman is claiming that she is afraid of my brother.
He will not be able to collect evidences against her so effectively and witnesses into his favor.
