We are glad to join you in prayer for your relationship, and we appreciate your desire to seek God's will in this situation. Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned so we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We would like to remind you of scriptures that discuss relationships. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?". This scripture highlights the importance of being in a relationship with another believer. Since you mentioned you are in a long distance relationship, we assume you are not married yet. We encourage you to pursue this relationship in a godly manner, with the goal of marriage if it is God's will and you are both Christians. We should only consider courtship if there is a goal of marriage.
Regarding the concerns you raised about his understanding, support, and acknowledgment of your love and feelings for him, remember Proverbs 4:23 WEB, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." It is important to guard your heart and not just your feelings for him but also your relationship. Build your relationship with him in a way that protects your heart. Ensure that this relationship is directed towards marriage if it is the will of God, and be sure that you both are Christians.
We also want to address that long distance relationships have challenges and temptations. It is important to remain pure and not engage in any fornication. Sex before or outside of marriage is not of God. We see in 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."

We ask that You bless their bond with trust, patience, and guidance, helping them grow together in faith and love. We pray against any form of sexual immorality and pray that they will remain pure. We ask that Your Holy Spirit convict and guide them to refrain from any actions that are not pleasing to You. We pray for strength, understanding, and unwavering love between them. We ask that You reveal Your plan for their relationship and guide them towards a godly marriage if it is Your will. We pray that they will always find comfort in Your presence and wisdom in their journey together. We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
