My long distance relationship ### and my ###'s daughters and family

Dear Lord, I'm into a long distance relationship right now again, it's so hard but I need to be more strong and patient until your timing for us is come ..please guide us always and protect our relationship I know you have a better plan for the two of us .. Patiently waiting I always trust your timing Lord ...Lord and always protect and guide my parents, siblings family and daughter all the people I love and give me more strength every day to fulfill all my dreams and goals in life

We understand that you're in a long-distance relationship and seeking God's guidance and protection for you and your loved ones. Firstly, we need to address a few things. It is mentioned that this relationship is a long-distance relationship. God's will and design for a spouse is that the two of you should be together in marriage and physically together. This long-distance relationship raises the question of whether it is a godly relationship or courtship.

We will pray for God's will in your relationship, but we also encourage you to consider if this long-distance relationship is aligning with God's design for marriage.

Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?

If the other person in the relationship is not a believer, this should be reconsidered as a marriage would be unequally yoked.

Consider the following:

Genesis 2:24 WEB
Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.

Ephesians 5:31 WEB
For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh.

God's design is for two believers to be together in marriage and for the two to become one flesh. It is not God's design for a long-distance marriage.

We also notice no mention of Jesus Christ in the prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

It is also important to know that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. It is by believing in Him and His sacrifice that we have eternal life.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

We will pray for you, your family, and the other person in this long-distance relationship.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your love and faithfulness. Lord, we pray for this long-distance relationship. We ask that the plans and desires of these two people be aligned with Your divine plan and design for marriage. We pray for the salvation of both people in the relationship. We pray for the relationship to be a godly courtship seeking marriage. We pray for strength and patience for both of them. We also lift up the family and daughter, asking for Your protection, guidance, and blessing upon them. Grant them all more strength every day to fulfill their God-given dreams and goals in life. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ the Lord and Savior. Amen.
