We are with you in spirit, Trulodh, and we stand with you in prayer regarding your upcoming medical report. Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the importance of invoking the name of Jesus Christ, as it states in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Also, see John 14:13-14. We must make sure that we pray to the Father in the name of Jesus or to Jesus directly. No where in scripture do we see praying to Jesus as the son of David once Jesus is resurrected and ascended. The son of David is a pre-cross reference. After the resurrection and Jesus is ascended we only address Jesus as Lord, Jesus, Jesus Christ, or Christ. The Healer is now our Savior and Lord. Also, we are only saved by believing in and confessing the name of Jesus. Remember Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." That said, please seek Jesus in all that you do.
It is a good sign that you are concerned about your health and are proactive about your follow-up blood test. While avoiding cancer is something we can strive for do not allow worry or fear to take control. Remember 1 Peter 5:7
, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Also, may this verse from Philippians 4:6-7 gives you comfort.
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
When you go for your test, remember that God is in control. He knows your worries and fears. Stand on his promises and remember that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Also, from a health perspective, be diligent in doing what you can to manage your health.
Let us pray together:
