My medical report become normal

My name is ###, I live in ###, I work on a ship but I have diabetes and high blood pressure and cholesterol, that's why my medical report is not good, sugar level is very high, next month ### I have joining and next Wednesday once again I have a medical, please pray for me, name of Jesus, my medical report will be good.
