Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we lift up ###'s prayer request to You. We pray for healing and restoration in their body. Lord, we ask for the anointing oil to be a symbol of Your healing power, bringing forth physical restoration and renewed strength. Your Word says in James 5:14-15, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well."
We pray for a prayer of agreement for new joints with full range of motion and new cartilages. Lord, we believe that nothing is impossible for You. Your Word says in Matthew 18:19, "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven."
We ask for discipline and consistency in stretching every morning and night, as well as in cardio exercises to increase strength and aid in recovery. Help ### to be diligent in their efforts to take care of their physical body, knowing that it is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
Lord, we pray for wisdom in their dietary choices, that they may eat consistently and nourish their body with the right foods. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
We pray for guidance and peace for ### in making decisions, and we ask for ### to experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they seek Your will in all things and trust in Your guidance.
We lift up the specific need for full range of motion in the left knee and right elbow. Lord, we ask for new clothes and provision for ###'s needs. Your Word assures us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray for strength and determination in their training, that they may have extreme discipline and focus. Help them to lift heavier each week and increase their cardio for fat loss and improved flexibility. Lord, grant them the physical restoration they desire, both internally and externally.
We ask for financial freedom, knowing that You are the provider of all our needs. Your Word promises in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we pray for ### to have a deepening relationship with You, to seek You in prayer and fasting, and to find strength and guidance in Your Word. May they read more, complete their goals, and accomplish their desires, all for Your glory.
