We understand that you are seeking strong protection and guidance. Let's turn to God's Word and pray together.
Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge Jesus Christ in our prayers. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We need to be in Jesus to be able to approach God. We also know that God has given us the Holy Spirit as a pledge of our inheritance. The Holy Spirit abides in us and He is our comforter who will lead us into all truth. God has promised to guide us and provide strong protection for those who acknowledge Him. Let's turn to the Psalms and pray and respond in the manner that we are to be from the scriptures.
Behold, God is my helper. The Lord is my helper. The Lord is with those who uphold my soul. He will repay evil to my enemies and we must not take vengeance on our enemies. Destroy them in your faithfulness. Of my own will I will sacrifice to you. I will give thanks to your name, Yahweh, for it is good. For he has delivered me from every trouble; and my eye has seen triumph over my enemies.
Now to address the context of your request for protection and guidance, there are a couple of good scriptures to admonish us.
In Psalm 5:11-12 WEB, But let all who take refuge in you rejoice, Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you. For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield.
In Psalm 31:3-4 WEB, For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name's sake lead me and guide me. Pluck me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me, for you are my stronghold.
Our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your strong protection and guidance. Surround us with the Holy Spirit. Surround us with Your favor as with a shield. Guide us in the way we should go. Save us from the snares of the enemy.
If any of us are not born again, not believing in Jesus Christ, we pray for them to experience the love and grace of Jesus, to repent of sin and to put their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
May God lead us and guide us and allow us to see triumph over our enemies and be able to offer the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving to the Lord, even Jesus Christ our Lord.
