We understand that you're seeking strong protection and guidance. We believe in Jesus we have been given great and precious promises. These enable you to share His divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. We are told in James 4:7, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. We are told in Ephesians 6:10.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection and guidance. Please surround this person with Your angels and hedge them in with Your favor as with a shield. Give them the full armor of God so that they can stand firm against any scheme of the devil. Guide them with Your wisdom and discernment, and help them to walk in Your ways, obeying Your commands. Help them to be ever aware of the spiritual warfare at hand and to be strong in You and in Your might.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any evil that may be assigned against them and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We ask that You expose any traps the enemy has set and direct their paths straight.
Lord, draw them ever closer to You. Let them find rest and peace in the shadow of the Almighty.
Thank you for the peace you promise to keep our hearts and minds from anxiety in Jesus.
And we pray all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Remember, be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Peter 5:8 tells us.
Also stand firm in the faith, be courageous, be strong.
Corinthians 16:13.
Also do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7.
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
Peter 5:7.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39.
