We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you find yourself in. Firstly, we commend you for turning to the Lord in prayer and for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find salvation, protection, and provision. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister and her baby. Lord, You are a father to the fatherless and a defender of the widows. We ask that You protect them from all harm and abuse, and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we pray that You would intervene in their situation and make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask that You would bring godly people into their lives who can be trusted to help and support them. Lord, we also pray for their family, that You would convict the hearts of their father and mother, bringing them to repentance and restoration in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for healing and forgiveness. Heal this sister's heart from all the hurt and pain caused by her mother's actions. Help her to forgive, just as You forgave us through Christ (Ephesians 4:32 WEB).
Lastly Lord, we ask that You would guide her, giving her wisdom and discernment in all her decisions. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We pray these things in the powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Now, let us address a few things. Firstly, it is not true that the Bible tells us to leave a person in the situation God found them. In fact, the Bible tells us to love one another, to bear one another's burdens, and to help the needy (Galatians 6:2 WEB, Matthew 25:35-40 WEB). It is our responsibility as Christians to help those in need, especially our sisters and brothers in Christ.
Secondly, we want to remind you that God will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). He is always with you, and He will provide for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek godly counsel and support. Reach out to your local church, pastors, or Christian organizations that can provide practical help and support. Remember, you are not alone. The body of Christ is there to support and uplift you.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9 WEB).
