We are glad to join with you in prayer for strong protection and guidance. Firstly, we would like to gently remind if not emphasize that our ultimate protection and guidance comes from the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we can approach God the Father and the same name has all authority in heaven and on earth. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In light of the above, we need to first ask, is Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior? If not, then we would like to encourage you to consider accepting Him into your life today. If He is, then let us come boldly before His presence to ask for His divine protection and guidance.
Let us pray.
Almighty Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your loving kindness and tender mercies. We ask, Lord, for Your strong protection and guidance for our dear one. As Your word says, that whoever who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Surely He will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:1-4 WEB.
We ask for Your Holy Angels to encamp around those who fear You, and deliver them. For You have given Your angels charge over us; to keep us in all our ways. Psalm 34:7, Psalm 91:11 WEB.
Lord, You are our guide, continually lead us in the way we should go. We claim Your promise that You will guide us with Your counsel, and afterward receive us to glory. Psalm 73:24 WEB.
We pray that You grant discernment, wisdom, and understanding. Give insight and direct aright, so decisions are aligned with Your divine will and purpose. We trust You Lord, for You make known the path of life; You will fill us with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand. Psalm 16:11 WEB.
We rebuke all fears, anxieties, and doubts, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB.
We encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Always remember, Your help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:2 WEB.
