We are glad to join you in prayer for strong protection and guidance. Let's turn to God's Word for encouragement and petition.
We are reminded in Psalm 91:1-2,11-12 WEB, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' ... For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone."
Firstly, we should recognize that our protection is ultimately from the Lord. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble and our dwelling place. We also understand that angels are ministering spirits sent to those who inherit salvation. The hope of salvation is rooted in the person and work of Jesus Christ. We know that there is no other name given among men wherefore we must be saved. Let us pray.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection and guidance. Surround us with Your favor as with a shield, and be our glory and the lifter of our heads. Guide us with Your Holy Spirit as we navigate through this life, that we may live in a manner worthy of the Lord, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Father, we ask that You command Your angels concerning us, to guard us in all our ways. Deliver us from evil and keep us from the snares of the wicked. We know that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore we put on the whole armor of God and stand firm against the wiles of the devil.
Lord, we also ask for Your guidance. May Your Holy Spirit lead us in the way we should go, and teach us how to live according to Your will, so that we may please You in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, and growing in the knowledge of You.
If there is anything in our lives that does not align with Your will, reveal it to us and grant us the grace to repent and turn back to You. We know that we will be saved if we hold firmly to the word and do not stumble.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to come to You boldly in His name, assuring us that whatever we ask in His name, He will do it that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, knowing that the Lord is with you wherever you go. Continue to trust in Him and do not be dismayed. We will continue to pray for you and encourage others to do the same.
If you have not already done so, consider studying the Bible and growing in your relationship with Jesus Christ.
