I wanted to address this before continuing in the subject of "God's Processes." Last night I was speaking to a security guard regarding this city: I asked her, though they compass me about daily displaying gray and black (adding pagan rituals to God's Word); aside from the evidence that God got last year, because He says to a city/nation, "I will not punish you without cause;" what has this city actually gotten. She immediately threw the question back at me; but having asked first, I resubmitted the question to her from a personal perspective. Her immediate answer was, "prosperity." I couldn't help but to smile; right away I knew that she was (buffet Bible) misunderstanding 3 John 1:2.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3 John 1:2)
You see even satan and his followers can prosper in mammon (money); but in this scripture, John, not God, wishes prosperity in all things, not just money. In fact money is never even mentioned in that text; but rather, those things that money cannot buy - health and salvation.
Moreover...
When down-and-outers get a break, cheer! And when the arrogant rich are brought down to size, cheer! Prosperity is as short-lived as a wildflower, so don't ever count on it. You know that as soon as the sun rises, pouring down its scorching heat, the flower withers. Its petals wilt and, before you know it, that beautiful face is a barren stem. Well, that's a picture of the "prosperous life." At the very moment everyone is looking on in admiration, it fades away to nothing. (James 1:9)
There's nothing wrong with being financially successful, yet, according to this text, it's here today, gone tomorrow: But GOD defines prosperous first and foremost as follows...
Anyone who meets a testing challenge head-on and manages to stick it out is mighty fortunate. For such persons loyally in love with God, the reward is life and more life. (James 1:12)
Yes, God teaches us to get wealth; but, even in that, God is first. God would never sanction wrongdoing, especially against the innocent, or His servants, to attain anything: for such is corruption - and therefore wicked.
Yet, from sporting events, to personal profit they continually show up in utter disregard and disrespect for the Word of God, to selfishly pillage the Spirit of God.
And they come to you as people come, and they sit before you as My people, and they hear the words you say, but they will not do them; for with their mouths they show much love, but their hearts go after and are set on their [idolatrous greed for] gain. (Ezekiel 33:31, AMP)

Doesn't sound like feels that He's being prioritized.
