We join you in thanking the Lord for this day and lift up your petitions to Him. We are reminded of 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." It is wonderful that you come before the Lord with thanksgiving, even in the midst of your trials.
We pray for God's protection, peace, patience, healing, and understanding for you. We also ask for financial blessing and that any money due to you finds its way to you.
We declare God's promise from Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Regarding your family, we pray for God's hedge of protection around them, keeping them safe from evil and sickness in Jesus name.
As you navigate this difficult divorce, we can understand why you find it hard to pray for your husband. So we join you in praying for God to give you the grace and strength to forgive him and that God's will be done in your life.
We also pray Psalm 34:18 over you, "Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are of a contrite spirit."
Forgiveness can be a difficult journey, but it is a necessary one for your own healing and peace. Jesus Himself commands us to forgive one another so that we may be forgiven.
We also join you in praying for God's guidance as you consider moving forward as a single woman. But we encourage you to also ask for a heart that is open to receive love and trust again, especially if it is God's will that you remarry. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. As such, we pray that God will heal your heart and that you would consider marriage again if it is His will for you.
We rebuke any spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear that may be hindering you from moving forward and trusting in the Lord. We remind you of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also want to encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
We are praying for you, trusting that God will guide your path and bless you as you continue to seek Him.
