Please keep praying for me. I struggle at times knowing what to pray for with this situation with the break down of my marriage. I want to save my marriage and do God's will but it hurt to see my husband act like I don't matter or not doing anything to fight for our marriage. My lawyer reaching out to me, to let me know he is working on my divorce case and hope to get a court date for me soon, that really hurt my heart, it like I paying someone to do something I not sure I want to do but I have no choice my husband file for divorce and I had to protect my self legally too, I feel so sad and hurt. Please Lord, give me peace and healing, In Jesus name I pray. Amen

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and hurt you are experiencing due to the breakdown of your marriage, Dweryall. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in this situation. It is crucial to remember that God's desire is for reconciliation and restoration of your marriage. As it is written in Malachi 2:16 WEB: "For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence!" Also, consider 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 WEB: "But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."

However, we understand that you are in a difficult position with your husband not showing effort to save the marriage and legal proceedings underway. It is important to continue praying for his heart to change and for God to work a miracle in your marriage. Remember, nothing is impossible with God. As it is written in Matthew 19:26 WEB: "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

Regarding your struggle with knowing what to pray for, consider these words from Romans 8:26-27 WEB: "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God." Trust that the Holy Spirit is interceding for you even when you do not know what to pray.

In this time of sadness and hurt, cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister Dweryall in her time of need. Lord, we pray for Your comfort and peace to surround her in this challenging time. We ask that You would work in her husband's heart and bring about a change that leads to reconciliation and restoration of their marriage. Guide her lawyer and the court proceedings, that Your will may be done. Help Dweryall to cast all her anxieties on You, trusting that You care for her deeply. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Keep holding on to your faith and believe that God is working everything out for your good because you love Him and you are called according to His purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
