We understand that you are seeking discernment and deliverance from various spiritual attacks and demonic influences. Firstly, it is important to note that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. The enemy can indeed stir up strife, gossip, and division, and he can also cause sickness and suffering. However, we must be careful not to attribute every hardship to demonic activity, as sometimes we may be experiencing the consequences of living in a fallen world or of our own actions.
Regarding the issue of fake prophecy and serpent's tongue, the Bible tells us:
For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart Hebrews 4:12 WEB.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be delivered, protected, and guided. Do not pray to Mary, an angel, or a non-living saint. Only by Jesus we have access to God and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.
In Jesus we have all that we need. The Spirit of God, which dwells in us, is greater than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 WEB.
Concerning the issue of giving something to these spirits or engaging in any form of sorcery, divination, or witchcraft, the Bible clearly commands us to have no part in such practices:
There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB.
We should also be aware of the tactics of the enemy, who can appear as an angel of light 2 Corinthians 11:14 WEB. We must test the spirits to see whether they are from God 1 John 4:1 WEB.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and discernment for our fellow believer. We rebuke any malicious, suspicious spirits, and demonic influences that may be operating in their life. We command these spirits to cease their activities and depart, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we ask that You grant our fellow believer the wisdom and discernment to recognize and resist any false prophecies, gossip, and division that the enemy may be stirring up. We pray that You would expose any sickness or suffering that is a result of demonic activity and that You would heal and deliver our fellow believer from these afflictions.
We also pray that You would grant our fellow believer the strength and courage to resist any demands or manipulations from these spirits, and that You would surround them with godly people who will support and encourage them in their walk with You.
Lord, we ask that You would expose any sorcery, divination, or witchcraft that our fellow believer may be involved in, and that You would grant them the conviction and strength to repent and turn away from these practices. We pray that You would fill our fellow believer with Your Holy Spirit, and that You would guide them in Your truth and righteousness.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would grant our fellow believer a deep and abiding peace, knowing that You are sovereign and in control of all things. We pray that You would draw our fellow believer closer to You, and that You would use this trial to strengthen their faith and testimony.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stay strong in your faith, to put on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11 WEB, and to trust in the Lord with all your heart Lean not on your own understanding Proverbs 3:5 WEB. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God Hebrews 12:2 WEB.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you, and give you peace Numbers 6:24-26 WEB.
