Heavenly Father, I come to You in need of peace and composure. Please help me stay calm and gracious, even in the face of challenges at work. Give me the strength to respond with patience and wisdom, despite any frustration I may feel toward my coworker. Lord, shield me from any negativity or manipulation, and grant me discernment to navigate these dynamics wisely. I pray for MFL to have clarity and fairness seeing each person’s intentions and actions esp with ###. In your will and in your ways expose ### with her attitude being two-faced and intention. Above all, help me to keep my focus on doing my best work and to trust that You are in control. Finally, we pray for the coworker in question. We do not know what battles they may be facing, but we know that Your love is powerful enough to change any heart. We ask that You work in their life, softening their heart and revealing any areas that need Your transformative touch (Ezekiel 36:26 WEB).

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in His power and love to guide this situation. Amen.
