Heavenly Father, I come to You in need of peace and composure. Please help me stay calm and gracious, even in the face of challenges at work. Give me the strength to respond with patience and wisdom, despite any frustration I may feel toward my coworker.

Lord, shield me from any negativity or manipulation, and grant me discernment to navigate these dynamics wisely. It is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. We know that we are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, please take every thought captive to obey Christ and to be in your will. Help us to see how we can pray for her and how we can be a better coworker in your eyes. Help us to know how to be a blessing to all our coworkers.

Above all, help us to keep our focus on doing our best work and to trust that You are in control. May Your grace and strength fill us, allowing us to rise above any pettiness and remain true to Your love and purpose. We also pray for our coworker, that Your light may shine upon her and guide her in Your truth.
