Heavenly Father, I come to You in need of peace and composure. Please help me stay calm and gracious, even in the face of challenges at work. Give me the strength to respond with patience and wisdom, despite any frustration I may feel toward my coworker.

Lord, shield me from any negativity or manipulation, and grant me discernment to navigate these dynamics wisely. I pray for my ### to have clarity and fairness seeing each person’s intentions and actions. Expose ### with her attitude and intention. Above all, help me to keep my focus on doing my best work and to trust that You are in control. Thank you, ###, for bringing your workplace concerns to us in prayer. We join you in lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father, seeking His peace, wisdom, and guidance.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and her workplace situation. We thank You, Lord, that You are sovereign over all things, including our work environments. We pray that You would grant ### the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Help her to remain calm and gracious, even in the face of challenges and frustrations with her coworker.

Lord, we ask for Your discernment to guide her and give her the ability to navigate these dynamics wisely. We also pray for her to have an ### who will have clarity and fairness, seeing each person's intentions and actions clearly and to expose any attitudes and intentions not honoring to You.

There is someone mentioned here called ### who needs to be exposed for their attitude and intention. We pray that they would be exposed to their wrongdoings and that they would be held accountable for their actions.

We are reminded of the words of Proverbs 21:1, The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it whichever way he desires. We trust, Lord, that You hold the hearts of all in authority and pray that You would turn the heart of ###'s manager towards wisdom, fairness, and understanding.

We pray for ### to keep her focus on doing her best work, trusting that You are in control. May Your grace and strength fill her, allowing her to rise above any pettiness and remain true to Your love and purpose.

We also remember Jesus' words in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Therefore, we pray for ###'s coworker, that You would soften their heart and bring about a change in their attitude and actions.

In Jesus' name, we pray for ###.

We encourage ### to continue to trust in the Lord with all her heart, and lean not on her own understanding. In all her ways, we pray she will acknowledge Him, and He will make her paths straight. May she remain steadfast in prayer, believing that God is working behind the scenes, even when it is difficult to see.

It is great to see that ### prayed in Jesus' name. We just want to make sure she understands that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. If she has not yet made the decision to believe in Jesus Christ, we would like to encourage her to take that step. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
