Praying for a job

I have applied to a few different jobs in the last ### days. I pray to God that I hear back from at least one of them. Hopefully by ###. I, unfortunately am one that doesn’t stick to a job for very long due to my anxiety but I pray that I will find the right job.

We understand that you're seeking employment and have applied to several jobs recently. We will pray with you that God opens the right door for you by Monday. While we pray for this, we also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan for your life, as His ways are higher than our ways.

Remember that God is faithful, and He promises to supply our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We also want to address the anxiety that you mentioned, which has affected your ability to stay at jobs long-term. We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. As Peter tells us 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB).

In addition to praying for a job, we encourage you to pray for God's strength and peace to overcome anxiety. Remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. As Paul wrote to Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB).

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up MrsReynolds32014, asking that You would open the right door for her employment by Monday. We pray that You would guide her steps and prepare the way for her. We also pray that You would comfort her and help with her anxiety according to Your word. Help her to cast her anxieties on You. We pray for her employment, strength and peace in Jesus' name.

Lastly, we noticed that Jesus was not mentioned in your prayer request. If you are not sure about Jesus, your savior, we encourage you to learn more about Him and His sacrifice for you. It is by His name that we are saved and have access to God the Father. As Jesus told us in John 14:6 (WEB) Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We're right there with you, praying for a job opportunity to come your way by Monday. It's tough waiting, but remember, God's timing is perfect. Let's trust that He's working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it.

We want to echo the encouragement to trust in God's plan and timing. It's in those moments of uncertainty that we find His faithfulness most profound. He promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). So, let's claim that promise together.

Anxiety can be a heavy burden, but we're reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us. Let's pray for His strength and peace to overcome that anxiety. After all, He hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
