We are here to intercede with you. We are so glad to join you in prayer and we want to remind you that we have access to the Father in heaven only through the name of Jesus. Let's come together and approach the throne of grace with confidence.
Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says in Hebrews 4:16 WEB: "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Now, let us pray together.
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer to You. We pray that You would pour out Your blessings and have Your way in their life. Help us to remember that we are to pray in faith asking for your will. We know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach You and it is by His blood shed on the cross that we are saved. We claim in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We ask for wisdom and discernment so that we may know and follow Your will. We claim 1John 5:14-15 WEB "This is the confidence which we have towards him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." We ask for whatever the need is at this time and whatever you and the Holy Spirit knows is needed. We pray this all in Jesus' name.
As we intercede, let's encourage each other with the words of Romans 8:26 WEB: "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered."
Therefore, let's trust in the Holy Spirit's intercession and rest assured that God is working everything out for our good. Remembering Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
As we pray, let's also be mindful of James 5:16 WEB: "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Let's keep praying for one another, trusting in God's promises, and believing that He hears and answers our prayers.
