We understand your concerns about the house inspection and the needed repairs. Remember, God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and finances. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our body, what we will put on. The Bible encourages us to continue praying.
Isaiah 54:17 WEB says, "no weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that will rise against you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the LORD's servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the LORD."
Jesus Christ is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this family and their home. Lord, we pray that the house inspection will go well and that the needed repairs will be manageable, allowing them to keep their insurance. We know that You are faithful to provide for our needs. We also pray for the safety and protection of this family and their home, we pray that this house will be a safe and secure shelter for them. Please be with the inspector, that they would be fair and honest in their report.
We also stand on Your promise that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We pray for their health and well-being, that You would protect them from any harm or danger. We ask that You would surround them with Your favor as a shield.
We pray this all in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way we can come to you, God. It is by His name only, that we can be saved. "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth," (Philippians 2:10 WEB)
We ask for your blessings on them, their home, and their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember to continue your prayers and thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Keep your eyes on Jesus, and trust that He has a plan for you and your family.
