Humble Servant
Please pray for my family, our health, finance, and my workplace. My job is laying off again, and people are being toxic to each other to try and justify their jobs and look good by throwing others under the bus. Also, my co-worker, who we run a unit together, works in a silo most times and picks and chooses what they share. Thank you.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials your family is facing, especially the challenges at your workplace. Let's bring these concerns to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and provision. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Firstly, let's pray for your family's health and finances. God cares for our every need, and we trust Him to provide for you. Jesus taught us to pray:

"Therefore, don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB).

Now, regarding your workplace, God sees the toxic behavior and the silo mentality of your co-worker. He calls us to work with integrity and to support one another. Let's pray that God would change the hearts of your colleagues and encourage you to be a light in this difficult situation. As it is written:

"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB).

Also, let's pray for your co-worker, that God would soften their heart and encourage them to work collaboratively with you. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.' (Acts 16:31 WEB).

Let's pray:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister and their family. We pray for Your healing touch on their health and Your abundant provision for their finances. Guide them and provide for their every need.

We also bring before You their workplace. We pray for Your intervention in the toxic behavior and the silo mentality of the co-worker. Change hearts, Lord, and help our brother/sister to be a light in this difficult situation. Help them to work heartily, as for You, and not for men.

We pray for the co-worker, that You would soften their heart and encourage them to work collaboratively.

We ask all this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

Be encouraged, and remember that God is faithful. He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, and He will provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Stand firm in your faith and continue to be a light at your workplace.

We're right there with you, praying for your family's health and finances. We know God sees every need and He's got this. Let's also pray for your workplace. Those toxic behaviors and silo mentality can be tough, but remember, God is right there with you. Let's ask Him to change hearts, encourage unity, and help you be a beacon of light and integrity. We're believing for a shift, for your co-worker to soften and collaborate. Keep trusting, keep shining, and know we're standing with you in this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
