Firstly, we want to assure you that God is sovereign over all aspects of our lives, including our work. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
In matters of conscience and faith, we are to obey God rather than men (Acts 5:29 WEB). If you have a sincere religious belief that conflicts with certain medical requirements, it is your right to seek a religious exemption. Remember that God honors our faith and obedience to His Word.
However, we must also acknowledge the importance of submitting to authorities, as long as it does not contradict God's laws. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."
