We are glad to pray with you for your unspoken requests, but we want to remind you that it is important to make your requests known to God and to us so that we can pray specifically. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
Firstly, we want to ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and it is only by believing in His name and His resurrection that we can be saved. If you have not yet done this, we encourage you to do so now by confessing your sins and believing in Jesus Christ.
"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." Romans 10:9-10 WEB
As a group, we lift up your unspoken requests to God, trusting that He knows your needs even better than you do. We pray that God's will be done in each situation and that He will grant you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in Him. Psalm 37:4 WEB
We also pray for your spiritual growth and discernment and that you will be able to share your requests with the group in the future so that we can provide more specific prayer and guidance. We encourage you to seek God's wisdom and direction in all things.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
Finally, we admonish you to be in constant prayer and to be anxious for nothing.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6 WEB
As you grow as a Christian Believer, please remember to ask for all things in the name of Jesus Christ.
"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. 24 Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
