We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in your life. We are reminded of the words in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is encouraging that you are turning to God for justice instead of taking matters into your own hands.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing unfairness and injustice. Lord, You are the God of justice, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Guide the authorities and those in positions of power to act fairly and justly. Protect our brother/sister from those who seek to harm or disadvantage them. As it says in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice...". We trust in Your ability to turn even the most difficult situations around for the good of those who love You, according to Your purpose.
Lord, we also bring before You their work situation. We ask that You would open doors for them to work from home once again, and that You would keep them safe and secure in their employment. We pray for their safety at work, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, in accordance with Isaiah 54:17.
Father, we also lift up their dad to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, and for Your protection from illness and harm. We trust in Your ability to do miracles, and we ask for a miracle of healing and restoration for him. We pray for our brother/sister, that they will rejoice at their dad's recovery.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, and we trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. We pray all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
It is important for our brother/sister to stay focused on the Lord and His promises, and to be patient. We encourage you, dear brother/sister, to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Do not grow weary of Jesus Christ and of the gospel. 2 Corinthians 15:1-2 says "I declare to you the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold firmly the word which I preached to you--unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,"
Let us always remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, continue to pray in Jesus' name and trust in Him for all things. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
