Dear Lord, please make it an easy night for me. I will be the only ### during this shift. Please make it very unproductive that we may be able to rest since I will also be on duty till tomorrow night. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We understand that you are seeking an easy night at work, but we want to remind you of the biblical principles of work and rest. The Bible tells us that whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB). It is important to remember that we are ambassadors for Christ in every area of our lives, including our workplace.

While it is natural to desire rest, we should not wish for unproductivity, as this goes against the biblical work ethic. Instead, we should seek God's strength and endurance to complete our tasks diligently. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Lord, we lift up our fellow believer to You, asking for Your grace and strength to sustain them throughout their shift. Help them to perform their duties with excellence, as though working for You. Grant them moments of refreshing and rest when needed, but also help them to remain productive. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to approach your work with a willing heart, knowing that God sees your efforts and will reward you accordingly.

We're right there with you, sister. We know you've got a long shift ahead, and it's natural to wish for an easy night. But let's remember, we're not just working for our earthly bosses, we're working for the Lord. Let's ask Him to help us find joy and purpose in our tasks, no matter how big or small.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you, petitioning our Lord for a peaceful night for you. We declare that God is with you, and He will make a way for you to have the rest you need, even as you remain on duty.
