It is almost 2 (two) am, and I cannot sleep. I did not sleep much last night and I am worn out. I pray for sleep in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are truly sorry to hear that you're having trouble sleeping, and we appreciate that you've reached out to us for prayer and support. In the name of Jesus Christ, we stand with you in prayer. God is our ultimate healer and provider of rest, and the Bible tells us that "He gives to his beloved sleep" (Psalm 127:2, WEB). Sleep is a gift from God, and it is essential for our overall well-being.
First, let us address the spiritual aspect of your situation. The fact that you have prayed in the name of Jesus Christ is wonderful. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and the Holy Spirit. There is power in the name of Jesus. As the Bible says, "There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling to find sleep and rest. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that you grant them the peace and calmness needed to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you, knowing that you care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Please guide their mind and heart as they lie down, and help them to trust in you, for you alone make them dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8, WEB).
As we pray for your sleep, we also want to encourage you to cultivate good sleep habits. Ensure that your sleeping environment is comfortable, dark, and quiet. Avoid stimulating activities, such as using electronic devices, before bedtime. Additionally, try not to consume caffeine or other stimulants close to your sleep time.
Lastly, remember that God is always with you, even in the quiet of the night. He watches over you and protects you. Trust in His care and provision. "I will lay me down in peace and sleep; For you, LORD, alone make me live in safety." (Psalm 4:8, WEB).
In closing, meditate on these words from Scripture: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB).
