We grieve with you, Helen, over little Ezra's condition and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are reminded of the faith of the friends who brought the paralyzed man to Jesus, as told in Mark 2:3-5 (WEB), "Four people came, carrying a paralyzed man to him. When they could not come near to him for the crowd, they removed the roof where he was. When they had broken it up, they let down the mat that the paralytic was lying on. Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, 'Son, your sins are forgiven you.'" Just as these friends had faith in Jesus' ability to heal, we too have faith in Him for Ezra's healing.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Your divine intervention in baby Ezra's life. Lord, we ask that You would heal his tiny body, stop the seizures, and restore his brain. We know that nothing is impossible with You, Lord, as You told us in Matthew 19:26 (WEB), 'With God all things are possible.' We claim this promise for Ezra, asking for a miraculous healing in Jesus' name. We also pray for comfort and strength for Ezra's parents and family during this difficult time. Help them to trust in You, Lord, and to feel Your loving presence in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Helen, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for Ezra, as James 5:16 (WEB) tells us, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and brings great results." Remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as He Himself said in John 14:6 (WEB), "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Trust in Him, and may His peace be with you.
