We are with you in spirit, lifting up your son and your family before the throne of God. We are thankful that you have taught your son to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is the name by which we are saved. As it is it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We are encouraged that you are believing God for your son's healing and peace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister and her family, especially her precious son. Lord, You know the challenges he is facing with his health and the changes he is experiencing as he navigates through puberty. We claim Your healing power over his knees and any other physical ailments he may have. Strengthen his body, and let us praise Jesus for the healing that he has done.
Father, we also bring before You the emotional and behavioral struggles he is experiencing. We know that Your love for him is unfailing, and Your peace is not as the world gives. Help him to navigate these changes and emotions, as in James 1:2-8 WEB "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. For let that man not think that he will receive anything from the Lord. He is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." Guide him and his parents through these times, granting them wisdom, patience, and understanding.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of defiance, anger, and confusion that may be influencing his behavior. We speak peace, love, and joy over him, as in Galatians 5:22 WEB "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Help him to grow in Your grace and to develop the fruits of the Spirit.
Father, surround their family with Your love and protection. Guide them through these trials and strengthen their bond as a family, for as in Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Let them please continue to teach their son about Jesus and to grow in His grace and knowledge. Let them please continue to seek God for their son and family. Let them come to you as a family in prayer and pray for each other in Jesus' name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing in faith for your son's healing and growth. Remember the words of Romans 8:38-39 WEB "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Trust that God's love and mercy are with you and your family as you walk through this journey.
