We understand that you're going through a challenging time and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance. We're glad to note that you have ended your prayer request in the name of Jesus Christ and acknowledged Him as the one to provide for your needs. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Firstly, we want to address the emotional abuse you're experiencing. We're truly sorry to hear that you're going through this, and we want you to know that God does not intend for you to live in such circumstances. The Bible tells us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. It also tells us "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Philippians 4:6.
We pray that God grants you the strength and wisdom to remove yourself from this abusive environment. May He guide you to a safe place, providing all that you need both financially and emotionally. We pray that God's peace, which surpasses all understanding guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.
Regarding your financial needs, we encourage you to remember that God is our provider. Jesus Himself said, "So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:31-34.
However, this does not mean that we should not be proactive. While God can provide miraculously, He often uses practical means. We encourage you to actively look for a job or other sources of income, trusting that God will open the right doors. Remember that even when God provides miraculously He expects us to use common sense. Often this is demonstrated by His provision of manna for the Israelites. He did not provide it until they had to gather and prepare it.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to stay strong in your faith. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6.
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up our sister/brother who is in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You are our refuge, our strength, and our provider. We pray that You guide her/him out of the current environment of emotional abuse and lead her/him to a safe place. We pray that You provide for all her/his needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray that You open the doors to a new job or other sources of income. We pray that You grant her/him the strength and wisdom to trust in You and to follow Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
