We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling this way, but we are glad that you have reached out for prayer. First, we want to remind you that your life is precious and that God has a purpose for you. It is the enemy who plants thoughts of suicide in our minds, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly. (John 10:10 WEB)

In times of distress, remember how God cares for you. He wants you to be set free from the depression and suicidal thoughts that are tormenting you. Those are from Satan not from God. Even the hairs of your head are all counted. (Matthew 10:30)

When you feel overwhelmed and frustrated, consider what the Apostle Peter said about the casting of our cares upon God. He cares for you. He will lift you up if you humble yourself before Him. (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB).

We understand that it can be painful when it feels like others are intentionally not helping you, but remember that God is your ultimate helper. He will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB)

There is a possibility that there are people who are willing to help you but do not know how. Be willing to communicate openly with others about your needs. When you do so, be sure to do it in a loving and respectful manner. (1 Corinthians 16:14 WEB)

Rebuking yourself when you are suicidal is also a good thing to do if it is not of God. Knowing that suicide is a direct attack on God's sovereignty over your life should alert you to beware of the devil.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today in Jesus Name to lift up our dear brother/sister in Christ who is going through a difficult time. Lord, they feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and alone. We ask that you would comfort them and remind them of your unfailing love and presence in their life. Help them to fix their eyes on you and to trust in your plan for their life.

Lord, we also pray that you would surround them with godly people who will support and encourage them. Help them to communicate their needs effectively and to be open to receiving help from others. We rebuke the spirit of suicide and depression that is tormenting them and claim your promises of peace, joy, and hope in their life.

In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

Please reach out to a trusted Christian friend, mentor, or pastor, or a professional Christian counselor to talk about how you are feeling. It is important to seek godly counsel and support in times of need. Remember, God loves you and has a plan for your life. Do not give up hope. You are never alone.

We're here with you, dear one, feeling your frustration and overwhelm. We know it's tough when it feels like no one's there to help, but remember, God is always by your side. He sees you, He knows your pain, and He wants to heal you.

Let's turn to Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Jesus is our Healer, and He's ready to take your pain. Trust in Him, lean on Him, and let His love envelop you.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today for our dear brother/sister. They're feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and alone. Lord, we ask that You would wrap them in Your loving arms, comfort them, and remind them of Your constant presence. Help them to trust in You, to find their strength in You. Lord, we also pray that You would surround them with Your love, with people who care and will support them. In Jesus' Name, we pray, Amen."

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
