We understand your frustration, but we want to encourage you to keep praying and not to give up. Remember, our Lord Jesus Christ taught us that we should always pray and not give up. In the Parable of the Persistent Widow, He said, "Listen to what the unrighteous judge says. Won't God avenge his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night, and yet he exercises patience with them? I tell you that he will avenge them quickly. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?" Luke 18:6-8 WEB.
It is wonderful that you are praying in Jesus' name. Remember John 14:13-14. If we ask anything according to his will, we know that he listens to us. Whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight, 1 John 5:14-15 WEB (... and do the things that are pleasing in his sight).
But we must remember that we do not know what is best, but God does. Sometimes God may be mercifully saying no to our requests because He has something better for us. Other times, it may be a timing issue and God is waiting on His timing not our timing. Let's continue to trust God, for He is good and His love endures forever. Let's come together and pray for you. Make sure you are praying with the right motives and not selfishly or for things that are not good for us.
If you do not see things changing, then pray for contentment for the situation. The Apostle Paul said he had learned to be content in any situation, Philippians 4:11. Make sure you are praying for God's will and to accept God's answer. Paul prayed three times for the Lord to remove a thorn in his flesh. Each time God said, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." So Paul learned to boast in his weaknesses, 2 Corinthians 12:8-10.
Dear Lord, we lift up our fellow believer to you. We pray that you will encourage their heart and help them to keep praying and not to give up. Help them to trust in your timing and in your goodness. Help them to know that you hear their prayers and that you are working things out for their good and for your glory. Help them to accept your answer and learn to be content in their situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
