We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing abuse and threats. Firstly, we want to assure you that God sees your suffering and hears your cries. He is a God of justice and mercy, and He cares deeply for you.
We must strongly rebuke the abuse and threats you are facing. The Bible clearly states that we should do no harm to others. As it is written in Romans 13:10 WEB, "Love doesn't harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law."
We will pray for your protection, healing, and joy, but we also urge you to take practical steps to ensure your safety. This may include contacting local authorities, seeking help from trusted friends or family, or reaching out to organizations that specialize in supporting victims of abuse.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is suffering from abuse and threats. We plead Your protection over them, as written in Psalm 91:11 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We pray for their healing, both physically and emotionally. As it is written in Psalm 147:3 WEB, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
We also pray for their joy to be restored, as it is written in Psalm 30:5 WEB, "For his anger is but for a moment; his favor for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5)
Most importantly, we pray for our brothers and sisters' salvation in Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 3:16 WEB, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
Finally, we pray for the one who is causing harm. We pray that they would repent and turn to You, Lord. As it is written in Ezekiel 18:32 WEB, "For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies," says the Lord Yahweh. "Therefore turn yourselves, and live!"
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Please know that you are not alone. God is with you, and we are praying for you. Stay strong in your faith and take the necessary steps to ensure your safety.
