Prayer to cleanse my self of past sins

Hi Everyone,



I am struggling with strong sexual addictions and unfortunately frequented ladies of the night at the darkest of times. This started when I lost my dream job one year ago and lost the moral compass that I stood upon.
No matter what I do I am being blocked from getting a new job and it really feels spiritual. Part of me fears this is due to some of the horrible things I know my grandparents did in the past as things have never been easy for me, my father or any of his siblings.

I want to thank anyone reading this for their support and prayers as this means a lot to me.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is struggling with strong sexual addictions and the consequences of past actions. We lift up ###'s heart and mind to you, knowing that you are a God of forgiveness, redemption, and transformation. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Lord, we ask for your mercy and grace to surround ### during this challenging time. We pray for healing and deliverance from the bondage of sexual addiction. Help ### to find strength and courage to resist temptation and to turn away from any destructive behaviors. Fill their heart with a deep desire to seek you above all else and to find their worth and identity in you alone.

We also lift up the job search of ###. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in finding a new job. Remove any spiritual blockages that may be hindering their progress and open doors of opportunity according to your perfect will. Remind ### of your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.

Father, we pray for healing and restoration within ###'s family. We ask that you break any generational cycles of sin and dysfunction, bringing healing and reconciliation. Pour out your love and forgiveness upon them, Lord, and help them to walk in your ways.

We thank you, Lord, for the support and prayers of those who are standing with ### during this time. We ask that you surround them with a community of believers who can provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance. May your Holy Spirit guide ### every step of the way, leading them into a life of freedom, purpose, and victory.

Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
