My son is 16, up and down with behavior obedience with boundaries and chores. Lord please guide my son’s mind. He watches so much social media influencing his thoughts and actions.

Dear Lord,

I come to You today to lift up my son in prayer. He is 16 years old, and like many his age, he's navigating the challenges of growing up, struggling with consistency in his behavior, obedience, and responsibility towards boundaries and chores.

Lord, I pray that You guide his mind and heart. Help him to discern right from wrong, and to make wise choices. Give him the strength to resist negative influences and to stand firm in his values and principles.

In this digital age, I am concerned about the impact of social media on his thoughts and actions. Lord, I ask that You grant him discernment as he consumes content online. Help him to filter out the negative and embrace the positive. Guide him towards productive and uplifting activities that will enrich his life and help him grow.

Lord, I also pray for wisdom and patience for myself. Help me to be a good parent, to set a positive example, and to provide loving guidance and effective discipline. Enable me to create a safe and nurturing home where my son can thrive and grow into the responsible, respectful, and kind young man You created him to be.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
