Here's a prayer for your teenager to have peaceful and timely sleep:

---

Dear Lord,

I come to You tonight to ask for Your guidance and blessings for my teenager. As the day comes to an end, I pray that You grant them the ability to wind down and prepare for a peaceful night's sleep.

Please help them to let go of any stress, worries, or distractions that may keep them awake. Fill their mind with peaceful thoughts and their heart with calmness. Guide them to make wise decisions about their time and prioritize their health and rest.

Lord, I ask that You protect their dreams and allow them to wake up refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face the new day with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Help them to understand the importance of sleep and to develop healthy sleeping habits.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
