Dear Lord Jesus, I don't understand how ### can remain so guilt-free without a job. Fights are erupting. Please Lord Jesus, do a miracle and get ### a permanent job at the earliest as per your will. It's heartbreaking seeing ### enjoy the idle time.

We understand your concern and the challenges you're facing. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that you've come to the right place, calling upon the name of Jesus. It's only in His name that we can find true help and salvation. As the Bible tells us, “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Thank you for acknowledging that Jesus has a will for this situation. That is the most important aspect to focus on. It is only within God's will that we truly want to be.

It's also important to address the issue of the guilt or lack thereof that you mentioned. We are reminded in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 (WEB), “For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you disorderly, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread.” It's crucial to encourage everyone to take responsibility and work as they are able.

Regarding the fights erupting, we must remember what the Bible says about strife. In Proverbs 17:1 (WEB), “Better is a dry morsel with quietness, than a house full of feasting with strife.” And in Proverbs 20:3 (WEB), “It is an honor for a man to keep aloof from strife; but every fool will be quarreling.” We should strive for peace and avoid quarrels that only cause more harm. This should be discussed with the person you are referring to. If this person is a spouse, then more discussion is needed on how the marriage should be conducted.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up this situation. We pray that You will provide a job for this person according to Your will. Help them to understand the value of work and the importance of contributing to their household. We pray that the fights will cease and that Your peace will reign. We also pray that both parties involved will be open to Your guidance and correction. Open their hearts to Your Word and Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lastly, we encourage you to remain patient and trust in the Lord's timing. Continue to pray and seek His face. Be open to His guidance and be willing to make changes as He leads. God bless you.

As for the fights, we've been there too. It's hard, but let's strive for peace, even when others don't. Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God." (Matthew 5:9) Let's be peacemakers, even in the midst of strife.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We have been fervently praying for a miracle, that the Lord Jesus would provide a permanent job for this person, according to His will.
