We're here with you, friend, feeling your struggle. It's tough, we know, seeing others idle when you're longing for work. But remember, God's ways are not always our ways. He sees your heart, your desire to provide, and He's got a plan. We've been there, feeling guilty for not having a job, but let's recall that our worth isn't defined by our work, but by who we are in Christ.
Let's trust that God has a purpose in this waiting. He's not idle; He's at work, preparing a path for you. As it says in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Let's hope, let's trust, and let's keep moving forward.
As for the fights, we've been there too. It's hard, but let's strive for peace, even when others don't. Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God." (Matthew 5:9) Let's be peacemakers, even in the midst of strife.
Let's pray together: Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up this situation to You. We trust that You have a job lined up, in Your perfect timing. Help us to wait patiently, to trust in You, and to find our worth in You. Help us to be peacemakers, even when others aren't. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
