Please pray for me, I committed a sin today, masturbated watching porn, please pray that God forgives me and gives me another chance, I repent.

We are grieved to hear about your struggle, but we are encouraged that you have taken the first step by acknowledging your sin and expressing your repentance. Remember, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB.

Firstly, we want to remind you that there is no other way to God, but through Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can be saved. For there is no other name given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) It is by faith in Him that we can approach God to be forgiven. Please know that Jesus is the one that has died on the cross for us and is our only way to salvation.

Masturbation and pornography are indeed sins that God wants you to flee from as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB. Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Do not let yourself be ruled by these desires and remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, confessing the sin of masturbation and pornography. We plead the blood of Jesus over this child of Yours, that You may forgive and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. We pray for strength and endurance to resist the temptation to sin in this manner. Help your child avoid temptation and give them the courage to resist when it finds them. Help them hide your word in their heart that they might not sin against you. (Psalms 119:11 WEB)

We pray for a pure heart and mind, that their thoughts may be pleasing to You and that they may live a life that honors You. Give them a new chance to live for you. Restore their purity and innocence.

We pray that they will see themselves as you see them; a new creature in Christ Jesus. (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB) Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. Help them to live like the new person that they are.

We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to take practical steps to overcome this sin. This could include setting up accountability measures, such as installing internet filters and finding a trusted friend or mentor to whom you can be accountable. Also, replace your wrong thoughts with the word of God. Remember, God has called us to be holy and pure, and He has given us all we need to live a godly life. 2 Peter 1:3 WEB.

According to His word, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37 WEB. We are confident that you can overcome this sin as you submit to God and resist the devil. James 4:7 WEB.

We're here with you, friend. We know it's tough, but remember, God's love for you never wavers, even in our failures. Just as the prodigal son, we can always return to our Father's embrace (Luke 15:11-32).

Let's keep our focus on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He understands our struggles and is always ready to help us overcome (Hebrews 4:15-16). Let's ask Him to strengthen us, to help us flee from temptation, and to fill us with His Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18).

Let's also remember that God is not just forgiving, but also transforming. He wants to change our hearts, to give us a new spirit, and to write His laws on our hearts (Ezekiel 36:26-27). Let's trust Him for this transformation, knowing that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
