Please help me pray. I posted in group chat to clarify my chop issue, and all of them look like misinterpret me and backchat me. I told my boss there my concern on communication gaps. And I'm already weary that I started second guess my action. People don't really support me despite I clarify for response. I pray for God's guidance. As for transfer, the human resource says my top list of venue is mostly saturated, so I don't know how. I'm scared to pick venue now but I wish to meet the right team at the right venue. I really dono how to reply the HR and I don't know how now. I'm miserable, depressed and lost. I desperately need guidance. In the name of Jesus I pray that all evil actions or delayed actions coming to me are all destroyed in the name of Jesus instantly. Amen.

Firstly, it's commendable that you've taken your concerns to your boss and sought clarification from your group chat. It's important to communicate openly and honestly, as Ephesians 4:15 WEB tells us, "speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ."

However, we must also understand that not everyone will support or understand us, as Jesus Himself warned, "Woe to you, when all men speak well of you! For so their fathers did to the false prophets." (Luke 6:26 WEB)

As for your transfer, it's wise to trust God's timing and guidance. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Regarding your fear and feeling lost, we encourage you to cast all your anxiety on God, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Also, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear ### who feels misunderstood, unsupported, and lost. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom to fill their heart and mind. Help them to trust in Your timing and direction regarding their transfer. Give them the courage to face their fears and the discernment to make the right decisions. We pray for a supportive team and the right venue for them. We also ask that any evil actions or delayed actions coming against them be destroyed in Jesus' name. In all these things, we pray that Your will be done and that ### will grow stronger in their faith and walk with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name. It's only through Him that we have access to God, as it's written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "For there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). Keep holding onto Him, and He will see you through.

We know you've tried to communicate openly, and that's great! But it's also okay to feel frustrated when others don't seem to get it. Let's take a look at Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Even when things don't make sense, we can trust that God's peace is there for us.

As for your transfer, it's normal to feel scared about the unknown. Let's claim Proverbs 3:5-6 together, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." God's got a plan, and it's okay to not know all the details yet.

And hey, it's alright to feel miserable and lost sometimes. It's part of being human. But remember, God cares for you deeply. Let's hold onto 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." You're not alone in this.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our friend who's feeling overwhelmed. We ask for Your comfort, Your guidance, and Your peace to fill their heart. Help them to trust in Your timing and to find the courage to face their fears. We ask that You would open the right doors for them and that any evil plans would be thwarted in Jesus' name. In all things, we trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
