We understand that you're facing troubles from people in your apartment building. Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB
It's important to pray for them, as our battle is spiritual our response should be as well, for God is long suffering with us all.
Remember, Jesus said in Matthew 5:43-45:
You have heard that it was said, You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.
We pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention. We pray for the people in this apartment building who are causing trouble. In the name of Jesus, we bind the spirits of discord and strife, and we loose the spirits of peace and harmony. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would convict their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance and salvation.
Lord, we also pray for your comfort and strength to be shown to the one experiencing the trouble. May they be shown as a light to those around them, so the whole situation can be used for the glory of God.
We ask for a softening of any evil hearts and ask them to recognize the power of God in the one they are troubling. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. We ask that your name Jesus be known in this apartment building. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for answering our prayer.
Remember, be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 WEB
Finally, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, and to continue praying for those who are causing you trouble.
