We join with you in praying that God's will be done in our lives and in the lives of everyone that we pray for. It is so important that we align our desires with God's will, as Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew 6:10 in the World English Bible, “Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.”
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for our lives and for the lives of those we pray for. Help us to submit our desires to Your perfect plan, trusting that You know what is best for us. Guide our steps and direct our paths, so that we may walk in Your ways and bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we also pray for those who may not know You personally. We ask that You reveal Yourself to them and draw them to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.”
Help us to be vessels of Your love and grace, sharing the good news of the gospel with those around us. May Your will be done in our lives and in the lives of everyone that we pray for, Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord and be assured that He hears our prayers, as we align our hearts with His will. Be encouraged by the words of 1 John 5:14-15, “This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.”
Praise the Lord! May His will be done in all our lives.
