Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of this woman who is struggling with the effects of being around her friend who had an addiction to alcohol. We lift her up to you, knowing that you are the ultimate source of healing and deliverance.
Lord, we recognize that there are spiritual forces at work in this situation, and we ask for your intervention. We pray against the demonic bondage of alcohol that has affected this woman's life. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of addiction, despair, and suicide that is tormenting her. We declare that she is no longer bound by these spirits, but she is set free by the power of your Holy Spirit.
Father, we ask that you would surround this woman with your love, peace, and strength. Fill her heart and mind with your truth and hope. Help her to resist the lies and temptations of the enemy. Give her the courage to reach out for help and support from those who can guide her towards freedom and healing.
We also pray for her friend who struggled with alcohol addiction. We ask that you would bring deliverance and restoration to their life as well. May they both experience your transforming power and find freedom from the bondage of addiction.
Lord, we stand on your promises found in your Word. In Psalm 34:17-18, it says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim these promises for this woman, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill your word.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for this woman's life. May she experience your love, grace, and restoration in a powerful way.
