Praying in Jesus Name. Amen.
Thank you, ###, for reaching out and sharing your request with us. We are here to pray and seek God's will with you.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God wants us to succeed and have an impact where we are planted.
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8 WEB
However, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in this matter. While a promotion may seem like the best path forward, God might have other plans that are even better than you can imagine.
We also encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and continue to serve diligently in your current position. Remember that God honors faithfulness.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We pray that You will guide them and make Your will clear in their life. If it is Your will, Father, we ask that You open the doors for them to be promoted to ###. We pray that You will give them favor in the sight of their superiors and colleagues.
However, if You have other plans, we pray that You will reveal them and give ### the wisdom and discernment to follow Your path. Help them to remain faithful and diligent in their current position, serving as unto You.
We also pray that ### will continue to grow in their faith, that they will seek You daily, and that they will trust in Your plan for their life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

We have been fervently asking God to open the doors for your promotion from National Recruited Staff to International Recruited Staff. If you have seen God's favor and received your promotion, we would be delighted to hear your praise report and celebrate with you. If you are still awaiting your promotion, please update us and allow us to persist in prayer with you. We trust in God's perfect timing and His good plans for you.
