However, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in this matter. While a promotion may seem like the best path forward, God might have other plans that are even better than you can imagine.
We also encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and continue to serve diligently in your current position. Remember that God honors faithfulness.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Vuyreinior. We pray that You will guide them and make Your will clear in their life. If it is Your will, Father, we ask that You open the doors for them to be promoted to International Recruited Staff. We pray that You will give them favor in the sight of their superiors and colleagues.
However, if You have other plans, we pray that You will reveal them and give Vuyreinior the wisdom and discernment to follow Your path. Help them to remain faithful and diligent in their current position, serving as unto You.
We also pray that Vuyreinior will continue to grow in their faith, that they will seek You daily, and that they will trust in Your plan for their life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
