Prayer request for my son's upcoming surgery

Hello, my 3 month old son has a heart defect called VSD. He is going to have heart surgery on Wed and I would like prayer for a successful surgery and recovery. Thank you.

Guide the hands of the surgeons and the entire medical team, granting them wisdom and skill. Touch his tiny heart, Lord, and bring complete healing. Comfort his mother and father, filling them with a peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Take heart, dear parent, knowing that God loves your son even more than you do. Trust in His goodness and faithfulness, for He is the Great Physician. As you walk through this difficult time, may you be strengthened by the promises in His Word, such as Psalm 28:7 WEB, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
