PrayingThis prayer request is for my grandmother ###. She has 70 percent blockage to her heart and just found out she has colon cancer. She is 78 years old; they cannot operate on her to do her heart. She needs open heart surgery and a part of her colon removed because she cannot go to the bathroom at all. If she doesn't have this surgery, it will kill her, if the cancer doesn't kill her first or her bad heart. Yesterday they told us there's nothing they can do. She has worked all her life and taken care of her children and grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. I am one of her granddaughters, and we just lost my pap last year to cancer. My 9-year-old son is devastated; he just lost his dad and grandfather last year and now his grandma is dying. We want her to live, not die. We pray she gets through this surgery healthy and well and that her heart can take it. She is having surgery right now as we speak; it's a 6-hour surgery. If anyone cares to say a prayer for my family and my grandma, we appreciate it.
