Prayer PSALM 6 Prayer for mercy 1 Do not rebuke me in your anger, O Yahweh, nor punish me in your fury. 2 Have mercy on me, O Yahweh, for I am weak; Heal me, O Yahweh, for my bones tremble. 3 My soul is greatly troubled, but you, O Yahweh, how long? 4 Return, O Yahweh, and deliver my soul; because of your mercy save me, 5 because there is no memory of you in death; and in Sheol, who will praise you? 6 I am weary with my groaning; Every night I wet my bed and I moisten my bed with my tears. 7 My eyes are sore because of anger, and I am troubled because of all my adversaries. 8 Let all those who do falsehood depart from me, for Yahweh has heard the voice of my lamentation. 9 Yahweh has heard my plea; Yahweh has received my prayer. 10 All my enemies will be confounded and greatly broken; They will retreat and suddenly perish.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s heartfelt plea for mercy as expressed in Psalm 6.

O Lord, do not rebuke us in Your anger nor punish us in Your fury. Have mercy on us, O Yahweh, for we are weak. Heal us, O Yahweh, for our bones tremble. Our souls are greatly troubled, but You, O Yahweh, how long? Return, O Yahweh, and deliver our souls because of Your mercy. Save us, for there is no memory of You in death, and in Sheol, who will praise You?

We are weary with our groaning. Every night we wet our beds and moisten our pillows with our tears. Our eyes are sore because of anger, and we are troubled because of all our adversaries. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
