Prayer of protection and favor at work

We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking God's protection and favor over your work situation. We are encouraged that you have seen things shifting and changing as you have been praying, and we continue to intercede for you, asking for God's justice and righteousness to prevail.
Let us remember the words of Jesus from Matthew 18:19 WEB: "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven." We agree with you in prayer, trusting that God hears our prayers and will act according to His will and timing.
We also take heart from Psalm 5:11-12 WEB: "But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice, Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you. For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield." We pray that God surrounds you with His favor as with a shield, protecting you from the injustices and discrimination you are facing.
We must also remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working even in this difficult situation for your good and His glory.
In response to the injustices you mentioned, we are reminded of Proverbs 29:2 WEB: "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." And Proverbs 29:26 WEB: "Many seek the ruler’s favor, but a man’s judgment comes from Yahweh." We pray that God will raise up righteous leaders in your workplace, and that His justice will prevail. Trust that God will ultimately bring favoritism and discrimination to light.
Continue to put your trust in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and just. Keep praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and justice. We ask for Your protection and favor over our fellow believer's work situation. We pray that You will bring an end to the injustices they are facing, and that Your righteousness will prevail. Help them to continue trusting in You, knowing that You are working all things together for good. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
